Comunication And Dissemination
Awareness creation and dissemination of results:
a) among the partner cities and
b) among remaining EU Edge Cities, targeting entrepreneurs, innovative SMEs, knowledge centres, policymakers.
The InnoHubs consortium considers this component as a key activity within the project, from the initial promotion to the dissemination of the results.
Main targets of this activity are policymakers, entrepreneurs, SMEs and SMEs associations, knowledge and training centres and the citizens in general.
During the whole project, specific printed and electronic instruments will be necessary in order to support the dissemination of information and of achieved results. This includes the following instruments:
- The web site.
- An initial brochure to create project awareness, an intermediate brochure with mid-project results and experiences, and a final brochure explaining the achievements and plans beyond the project’s administrative end.
- Other media: local newspapers, radio and TV.
- Two workshops to create local awareness among stakeholders and targeted collectives will be held by each partner in the first 18 months.
- Attention of at least two annual external events by the partners in order to disseminate in other frameworks the InnoHubs project.
- Creation of an Observers Group with EU Edge Cities not directly involved in the project, and design and implementation of a participation programme, including sharing of project experiences and results, access to project documents, and organization of transnational events.
- Organization of an Annual Seminar about Innovation policies and strategies. At the last one – the Final Conference - the achievements and plans for the future will be announced.
